Building a site for yourself is hard. I've never successfully done it. I've designed lots of sites, and been on many teams tasked with reimagining digital experiences and performed quite well. But a personal site feels different. Harder.

My story hasn't been written down and only exists in my mind and in those whose lives I've interacted with. The content of this section is about what I remember, and hopefully, helps me remember more details that build an arc that mirrors my growth.

My name is Aaron and I am Autistic. I didn't have any idea I was living undiagnosed until after I had been married for 5 years. I mention it here because it's possibly the most critical reality that explains so much of the tensions that arise during my tenure in marketing and creative brand strategy.

This site is mostly for me, but I'm grateful that you are here to read through it too.
